TRAINING LEADERS. TRANSFORMING NATIONS.

Kingdom Leadership Institute (KLI) is a two-year program that serves as a training program to establish leaders with strong biblical and theological foundations as ministers of the gospel. KLI, also known in our global Every Nation family as Leadership 215, is available in several Every Nation Churches around the world. The twelve courses developed and taught by Every Nation leaders from around the world also serve as Every Nation's minimum global theological standard for ordained pastors and ministers.

Students can be admitted at the beginning of any semester.

  • Application Deadline: January 24, 2026

Coursework

  • Students do coursework online: lectures, quizzes, and reflection questions.
  • Coursework requires 2.5 hours per week.

Discussion

  • Students gather weekly for lectures with teachers.
  • Meetings are held Mondays, 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
  • Most meetings are in-person.
  • Reading, Class Participation, and Homework are apart of the coursework.

Fees and Expenses

Tuition: $75 per semester.
This fee includes all necessary class materials (binders, notes, books necessary for reading, etc.)

*Students will need access to a laptop or similar device to use the Pathwright online learning platform to complete all assignments.

Requirements:

  • Be a member in good standing at Kingdom Church (completed DNA Membership Class & apart of a serve team)
  • Regular participant in Life Groups (attending or leading)
  • Completed the first four chapters of The Purple Book
  • Completed Equip (6 week discipleship training course)
